The company is a design and manufacturer of LED lights and appliances. The company had launched the branding and marketing a few years ago. However, the business growth was not within the KPI for revenues and sales. The company had expanded from Singapore to Johor Bahru and Sabah Indonesia.

The owner approached us and we identify together. What are the value-added activities? And how do we approach this business concern that the owner has. Together we started to do the work process analysis from supplier to supplier and thereafter to customers. Their customers are distributors and retailers in these three countries.

First of all is the design and development stage of LED products. The products are fast-moving items for landed properties, condos, high-end offices and shopping malls. We finally consolidated the work processes under business strategy and its strategic plan.

How do the customers being assured of quality products as well as services? The team started to embark on a management service that of international quality standards. Within the project timeline we managed to achieve ISO 9001:2015 version certification by third party authorised company registered with Australian and England.

The company started to use ISO 9001:2015 QMS logo for all its products and services, plus in its websites – com.sg, com.my and com.id; FaceBook and Instagram.

The revenue was increased by 18% and net-profit by 5%, which is part of its KPIs. (Key Performance Indictors).
